When asked about the most significant takeaway from playing Guillermo, Harvey Guillén emphasized the idea that it’s never too late to discover oneself or to undergo a personal rebirth and reinvention. He highlighted that there’s no expiration date on achieving dreams and hopes, stressing that everyone has the potential for their aspirations to come true.
What We Do In The Shadows, based on the 2014 film by Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi, follows the nightly adventures of vampire roommates in Staten Island. The main characters include Nandor, Laszlo, Nadja, and Colin Robinson, navigating the modern world with the help of their human familiar, Guillermo.
The show, produced by FX Productions, features a cast including Kayvan Novak, Matt Berry, Natasia Demetriou, Mark Proksch, and Harvey Guillén as Guillermo.
