I grew up loving Jim Henson because of how creative and original his work was. Sesame Street is still one of my favorite shows to watch because it brings back so many memories. THIS SHOW USED TO BE GOOD. It was educational and entertaining, and not painful for parents to watch with their kids. At least it never used to be. It used to be quite edgy, high-brow, and very adult-accessible. But now it’s been dumbed down considerably over the years as a result of playing to lower age groups with shorter attention spans than before.
